DESCRIPTION:AUTUMN RETIREMENT 2019 \nDates: 1\,2 and November 3 \nPlace: Refuge of Font del Pi \nCome to enjoy an unforgettable autumn retreat\, in a majestic place where we will live as our ancestors did\, in a cozy refuge where modernity and technology have no place\, where we will have to go to find wood to warm us \, and where animals and plants are our only neighbors. It will be three days full of emotions\, conversations\, special experiences and moments of great intimacy. \nActivities: \nForest Bath. Cycle of life\nEcstatic shamanic dance\nGestalt Therapy\nMedicine walk \nExperiences will be where we will work on aspects such as silence\, union\, connection\, peace\, art\, body movement and stillness\, self-knowledge and interiorization. \nProgramming: \nFriday:\nMeeting point near the town of Peguera\, at 11:00 a.m. We will pass the exact location. \nTransport in 4×4 of the backpacks in the refuge of the Molí de la Font del Pi. \nExcursion to the refuge walking accompanied by a guide that will allow us to know the natural environment that will accompany us during these three days. \nWelcome to the Refuge \nLunch at 2:00 p.m. \nWorkshop on arthritis \nDinner at 8:00 p.m. \nNight walk \nOvernight in the refuge (bunk beds).
