DESCRIPTION:Come to spend a special retreat in San Juan\, in wild nature\, emptying and filling up\, unraveling and learning\, disconnecting and connecting. \nWe propose different activities all in order to help you to slow down\, connect with you and your body\, to be present and aware of being here and now\, to enhance your creativity and create a deep bond with natural environment \nWe will do a forest bath\, guided by Isabel Verdaguer Foz\, a professional guide of Shinrin-yoku\, a workshop about movement and the 5 elements \,with Laia Minguillon\, creator of the Wild Dance Project and the Turonet dance\, dancer and dance teacher\, and a Ecstatic Dance with Esteban Gené founder of the Galactica project and pioneer and promoter of this technique in our country. \nIn addition\, there will be the option of doing a Thai bioenergetic massage with Laia Minguillon\, as an extra and optional activity. \nDuring the San Juan celebration we will make a pleasant dinner in a cozy space\, and if the weather permits us\, we will make a bonfire outside where we will create a tribal bond between all us. \n  \n
